User Profiles

Your ImgLink profile is your public image portfolio. It's a dedicated page where anyone can browse your uploads, see your featured images, and follow you for updates.

Every registered user gets a profile at imglink.cc/u/yourusername. It's automatically created when you sign up - no extra setup needed.

What's on Your Profile

Profile Picture

Upload a custom avatar that appears next to your username everywhere on ImgLink - in the explore gallery, on image pages, in comments, and in Notifications. You can change it anytime from your dashboard.

Cover Image

Add a wide banner image at the top of your profile page. This is a great way to set the tone for your portfolio. Upload any image and crop it to fit the cover area.

Bio

Write a short description about yourself. Tell visitors what kind of images you upload, your interests, or anything else you want to share. Your bio appears below your username on your profile page.

Image Grid

All of your public uploads appear in a grid on your profile page. Visitors can browse through your images, click to view full-size, and interact with them (like, share, etc).

Featured Images

You can Featured Images - up to 3 of your best uploads that appear prominently at the top of your profile. Featured images have a special amber border and "Featured" badge. They're the first thing visitors see.

Stats

Your profile displays key stats:

- Images - Total number of public uploads
- Followers - People who follow you (see Following & Followers)
- Following - People you follow
- Likes - Total likes received across all your images

How to Customize Your Profile

1. Log in to your ImgLink account
2. Go to your dashboard
3. Click the Profile tab
4. Upload a profile picture and cover image
5. Write your bio
6. Click Save

Your changes are reflected instantly on your public profile page.

Featured Images

Want to highlight your best work? Star up to 3 images from your dashboard to feature them on your profile. Featured images appear in a special section above your regular image grid with an amber ring and "Featured" badge.

To feature an image:
1. Go to the Images tab in your dashboard
2. Hover over any image and click the star icon (★)
3. The image is now featured on your profile

You can have a maximum of 3 featured images at a time. To change them, unstar one and star a different image.

Privacy

Your profile is public by default. All public uploads appear on your profile. Images uploaded as private will not appear on your profile or in the explore gallery.

You control what's visible - only public images show on your profile page.
