Terms of Service

By accessing or using ImgLink ("the Service"), operated at imglink.cc, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease all use of the Service.

You must be at least 18 years of age to access or use the Service in any capacity. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, you are not permitted to use the Service and must immediately cease all access.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and ImgLink ("we", "us", "our"). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

ImgLink provides a free image hosting platform that allows users to upload, store, and share images via direct links, embedded viewers, and public galleries. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Service. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to terminate any account where the user is found to be under 18.

You may use the Service without an account for basic image uploading. Creating an account provides additional features including image management, albums, galleries, social features, and upload history.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorized use or security breach. We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account.

You are strictly prohibited from uploading, storing, hosting, sharing, or distributing any of the following content on the Service. Violation of any of these rules will result in immediate and permanent account termination, content removal, and referral to law enforcement where applicable:

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any imagery, real or generated, depicting minors in sexual situations. We operate a zero-tolerance policy. All CSAM is immediately reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), relevant law enforcement agencies, and any other applicable authorities. Associated account data, IP addresses, and upload metadata are preserved and disclosed to investigators.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery: Any sexually explicit or intimate content shared without the depicted individual's consent ("revenge porn"), including deepfakes or AI-generated likenesses.
• Content that promotes terrorism, violent extremism, or mass violence: Including recruitment material, propaganda, manifestos, or glorification of terrorist acts or organizations.
• Content facilitating human trafficking, exploitation, or slavery.
• Content depicting or promoting animal cruelty or abuse.
• Content that promotes, incites, or facilitates illegal drug manufacturing, sale, or distribution.
• Doxxing or personal information exposure: Sharing private personal information (addresses, phone numbers, financial data, identification documents) of any individual without their explicit consent.
• Fraud and phishing material: Fake login pages, scam imagery, identity theft material, or any content designed to deceive or defraud.
• Malware, exploits, and malicious payloads: Files disguised as images that contain viruses, trojans, ransomware, or exploit code.
• Copyright-infringing material: Content that violates the intellectual property rights of others. See our DMCA Policy.
• Spam and unsolicited advertising: Bulk-uploaded promotional content, SEO spam images, or content used for phishing or unsolicited communication campaigns.
• Content that constitutes or facilitates illegal activity under any applicable jurisdiction.

We actively monitor for prohibited content using automated systems and manual review. Any content flagged or reported is reviewed promptly. We cooperate fully with law enforcement in all cases involving illegal content.

ImgLink permits legal adult content (Not Safe For Work / NSFW) only under the following strict conditions:

• Mandatory NSFW tag: ALL content that is sexually explicit, contains nudity, depicts graphic violence, gore, or is otherwise not suitable for general audiences MUST be tagged with the "NSFW" designation at the time of upload. Failure to tag NSFW content is a violation of these Terms.
• Legal content only: All depicted individuals must be consenting adults (18+ years of age). You must have the right and authorization to upload such content.
• No untagged NSFW content: Uploading NSFW content without the NSFW tag will result in content removal and may result in account suspension or termination. Repeated violations will result in permanent bans.
• Automated detection: We employ automated systems to detect untagged NSFW content. Content may be flagged, tagged, restricted, or removed automatically.

As the entire Service is restricted to users aged 18 and over, all users have already confirmed they meet the age requirement. By accessing any content on the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

If you encounter any content on ImgLink that you believe to be illegal, harmful, exploitative, or in violation of these Terms, you are strongly encouraged to report it immediately.

You can report content using any of the following methods:

• Click the "Report Image" button available on every image viewer page.
• Open a support ticket with the image URL and details.
• Email [email protected] with the subject "Content Report".

All reports are reviewed by our moderation team. Where content is found to be illegal, we compile a full report including all available metadata (uploader IP address, account details, timestamps, and related content) and submit it to the appropriate law enforcement authorities. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours.

You will not face any penalty for reporting content in good faith. We encourage proactive reporting to keep the platform safe for all users.

ImgLink fully cooperates with law enforcement agencies worldwide. This includes but is not limited to:

• Compliance with legal process: We respond to valid subpoenas, court orders, search warrants, preservation requests, and other lawful requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities in any jurisdiction.
• Proactive reporting: We proactively report illegal content (including but not limited to CSAM, terrorism, and exploitation material) to the relevant authorities, including NCMEC, Interpol, Europol, the FBI, and local law enforcement, without waiting for a formal request.
• Data preservation: Upon receiving a preservation request from law enforcement, or upon detection of suspected illegal activity, we preserve all relevant account data, upload records, IP addresses, timestamps, session data, and associated metadata for disclosure to authorities.
• Emergency disclosure: In situations involving imminent danger to life, risk of serious physical injury, or ongoing exploitation, we may disclose user information to law enforcement without a court order, as permitted by applicable law.
• Evidence integrity: We maintain audit logs and chain-of-custody practices to ensure that information provided to law enforcement is reliable and admissible.

Law enforcement agencies may contact us directly at [email protected] with the subject line "Law Enforcement Request". We respond to emergency requests within 1 hour and non-emergency legal process within 24 hours.

You retain ownership of the content you upload. By uploading content, you grant ImgLink a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, display, and distribute your content as necessary to operate the Service, including thumbnailing, format conversion, CDN delivery, and embedding.

We do not claim ownership of your content. You are solely responsible for the content you upload and its compliance with all applicable laws. You represent and warrant that you have the right to upload any content you submit to the Service.

We reserve the right to review, flag, restrict, remove, or disable access to any content at our sole discretion, with or without notice. Enforcement actions include:

• Content removal: Violating content is removed immediately upon detection or verified report.
• Account warnings: Minor or first-time policy violations may result in a warning.
• Account suspension: Repeated or serious violations result in temporary suspension.
• Permanent ban: Severe violations (illegal content, CSAM, terrorism) result in immediate permanent termination with no appeal.
• Law enforcement referral: All illegal content results in a full report to the relevant authorities with all available identifying information.

We actively employ automated content scanning, hash-matching (including PhotoDNA and perceptual hashing for CSAM detection), user reports, and manual moderation review to enforce these policies.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, protect, and share your information, including circumstances under which data may be disclosed to law enforcement.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ImgLink and its operators, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, content, revenue, or goodwill, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ImgLink and its operators, employees, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (d) any content you upload to the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the competent courts of the jurisdiction in which ImgLink operates. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including but not limited to indemnification, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution) shall survive.

For violations involving illegal content, account termination is permanent and all associated data is preserved for law enforcement purposes.
