We do not claim ownership of your content. You are solely responsible for the content you upload and its compliance with applicable laws.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or is reported by other users. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate our policies.

Users can report images they believe violate our terms. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team and acted upon accordingly.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ImgLink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data or content.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ImgLink and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
